2025 Kentucky World Language Fall Conference

Theme: Creating Vibrant Learning Experiences

Dates: October 9-10, 2026 (exhibitor set-up in the morning of October 9; conference workshops start at noon.)

Location: Holiday Inn Louisville East

1325 South Hurstbourne Parkway, Louisville, KY 40222

Join us this October for the KWLA Fall Conference! We are back to a two-day model, with workshops on Friday afternoon and the general session, awards, and a variety of shorter sessions on Saturday.

Our full schedule will be available soon. If you would like to present a sponsored session on Saturday, you can fill out the session information on this form until September 1, 2026.

Join us this October for the KWLA Fall Conference! This will be a two-day, in-person event in Louisville, Kentucky. We are returning to the Holiday Inn Express - Louisville East/Hurstbourne.
